How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?+
Book at least 3-5 days before your handover. This ensures availability and gives you buffer time. Same-day or next-day bookings are sometimes possible — check availability in the booking form.
Do you provide a receipt or certificate for my landlord?+
Yes. We provide a detailed receipt confirming the property was professionally cleaned. Many landlords and estate agents in Malta accept our service as meeting end-of-tenancy cleaning requirements.
What if my landlord isn't satisfied with the clean?+
If your landlord identifies any issues after the clean, let us know. We'll work with you to address them — we want your deposit back as much as you do.
Can you clean while I'm still moving out?+
Ideally, we clean after the property is empty. However, we can work around furniture or boxes if needed. Let us know the situation when booking.
