Why is post-construction cleaning more expensive?+
Construction dust is extremely fine and pervasive — it requires specialist techniques, heavier-duty products, and more time than regular or deep cleaning. The €20/hr rate reflects the specialised equipment and expertise needed.
How soon after construction can you clean?+
We recommend booking 1-2 days after all construction work is fully complete. This ensures all trades have finished and no new dust will be created. We can clean sooner if needed, but residual dust from ongoing work may occur.
Do you remove construction debris?+
We remove light debris (packaging, tape, offcuts). Heavy debris (bricks, tiles, timber) should be removed by your contractor. We focus on the fine cleaning — dust, residue, and making the space spotless.
Can you clean during snagging or final inspections?+
