2. Rotary Machine Treatment
Heavy single-disc rotary machine (35–45 kg), 3M abrasive stripping discs, and professional descaling chemicals for cement residue, grout haze (lechada/salitre), and paint droplets.
Recommended when tiles or stone floors have dried grout haze or cement splashes that manual mopping leaves as a white film.

How is post-construction cleaning priced?+
Post-construction cleaning uses agreed hours: 2–5 cleaners for 4–8 hours each, at €20/cleaner-hour with a €160 service-only minimum. Work is for the agreed hours, not until everything is finished. Standard supplies are included. Machine and specialist treatment products are optional (+€80).
When should I add the rotary floor machine treatment?+
Add the +€80 rotary machine treatment if your floors have dried cement splatters, stubborn paint droplets, plaster residue, or grout haze (lechada). Our team brings a heavy single-disc rotary buffer, specialist abrasive pads, and chemical descaling products. If your floors only have airborne construction dust and light wipeable marks, our standard €20/cleaner-hour clean with manual washing is all you need.
How soon after construction can you clean?+
We recommend booking 1-2 days after all construction work is fully complete. This ensures all trades have finished and no new dust will be created. We can clean sooner if needed, but residual dust from ongoing work may occur.
Do you remove construction debris?+
We remove light debris (packaging, tape, offcuts). Heavy debris (bricks, tiles, timber) should be removed by your contractor. We focus on the fine cleaning — dust, residue, and making the space spotless.
Can you clean during snagging or final inspections?+
Yes. Many property developers and contractors book us for pre-handover cleans. We can coordinate with your project timeline. Contact us for larger or commercial projects.
